Dresses - Honest Opinions? PIP

I have discovered in all of this wedding planning that I am OBSESSED with lace. It's actually a problem because I want EVERYTHING in lace and, well, that's just not cool.
This is my dress:

Would it be overkill to have these BM dresses?

I am having the hardest time finding casual (no satin, chiffon, or taffeta preferably) bridesmaid dresses.
Our colors are Ivory, Light Gray, and Yellow but I'm not really being a stickler about any of that since all the BM's are very pale and probably wouldn't look good in yellow. My ideal BM dresses I've been looking for are a very very light gray.

I like it, it's hard to tell via pictures, but they seem to compliment each other very well. I struggled with this as well, but with ruffles. Here's what I went with:

I love the dresses from J. Crew. They are very casual elegant. Also, I think they have a silver grey option that might be pretty with your combo. They could wear a yellow statment necklace or something in there hair.

For flowers we're doing all white, probably just baby's breath and hydrangeas. Basically the only reason yellow is even a color is that my mom insisted I have an accent color and that ivory and gray are not enough (she's probably right).

We've tried on SO many dresses together, bless their hears, that the general consensus was for me to just pick something out. They prefer strapless, and we're all between size 4-8, so I feel good about these.
One of them said it best when she said that they will probably never see these pictures again, but I have to look at them the rest of my life, so whatever I picked they would wear.
Having a small wedding party has been AMAZING.

Jealous! I wanted 3, FI wanted 5.

Basic math solved our very first compromise as a betrothed couple.

I will say, though, the 4th girl that barely made the cut has basically been the rock star role model bridesmaid that I'm so glad she's in the WP now.

That is sweet. And I agree, I loved my small wedding party.

I admit to being totally biased but I think white flowers will be beautiful--it was actually what I saw when I pictured it before you posted that is what they would be. Yellow flowers would be pretty too though and would give you a pop of color if you wanted it in the pictures.

I had a monochromatic wedding palette and I know it secretly drove my MIL crazy.

I think you should throw a touch of yellow in the girls bouquets. The pop of color will look great in pictures.

Ditto on the three bridesmaids. I think too many would have been overwhelming.

Also, if they've entrusted the choice to you and you know their body shapes, then go with what you want. It was important for me that all my girls felt good in their dresses, but I also had very different body shapes--I was surprised when they all looked good in the same gown.

BTW, I've seen some beautiful simple color schemes on the StyleMePretty blog. You should search your color scheme there for ideas.

It is an Allure. I'm not sure if they make this exact style anymore - but Allure has TONS of lace gowns. I tried on more than one. Terry Costa is where I bought mine.
