As of yesterday my FI and I set our date. We had planned on a May 10th wedding but our site got booked up almost totally (for may and june at least) the day before we called! We snapped up the first available date, so I am now getting married on Saturday June 7th, 2014! WooHoo

Has anyone started doing anything yet? We already put down the deposit for the venue for the reception. We went today and talked to a caterer and DJ to start comparing prices.

Yay,mone year from today we will be walking down the aisle. We booked and paid the deposit for our DJ today.

We are still waiting to hear back from the travel agent, but finally found one that responds and is working with us. We face timed with our photographer yesterday and once we have a date, and costs and a final set destination we will be signing a contract with him. He's guaranteed and on board, we just need more info before going any further. He's an amazing photographer that I met through a friend and has become a really good friend since.
