About the hidden extra charges for larger sizes in Bridesmaids dresses!! I forgot to write that one down if somebody did tell me about it. So I ordered my girls' dresses yesterday from Pearls Place right. I tell the woman the sizes and she's like, "There is an extra $40 charge per dress for those sizes." Wait...what!? Yes, forty American dollars!! Dammit! So you mean to tell me, I have to....are you kidd...you know what lady? Just charge my card because if I don't hang up, I'm about to give you the bizness FO reeeaallll!!!!!! Vent over..*drops mic and exits stage left*

    I didn't know anything about that. My 2 girls were skin-ty so it was no issues lol. But my one plus size girl who was supposed to be in the wedding her dress was the same price as the other girls at DB. Maybe because you ordering from PPs?! Doesn't she remake a dress you want or something like that ?

    Pearls is a bridal salon that sells dresses from most of the major designers only cheaper. They order directly from the designers. Now I knew that some designers charge extra for length but I didn't think about larger sizes though....

    Yes.  More curves = $$$ in the bridal world.  **SMH**   It is the same in wedding dresses too.  BOO!!!

    Hmmm...I wonder if the guys get charged for being a "big" man for their suits and tuxes?

    I had to order 2 dresses that were plus sizes but they only charged 20$...not 40$.. they must have went up... and you paid 20$ for one flat shipping rate right?
