Beach Wedding Location Ideas?

We want a sunset beach wedding in S. CA and don't want to spend a fortune 25-30 guest, must have chairs (5 under 5 antsy children attending and older family members) wedding isn't until next June however I'm already stressing coming up empty handed.

 

Any ideas would be great!

    Check out the City of San Diego. They issue permits for small weddings on or near various beaches around San Diego. Our permit was $275. You would have to rent your own chairs, but with 25-30 people that probably wouldn't be a huge expense.
