  I don't have wide feet, but try Zappos. You can search by width there and they usually have a TON of options. DSW might also have some.

  Wide width is hard enough to find.  I got mine on Zappos.  The fact that you want blue makes it hard...strappy and blue makes it next to impossible.  You'll have to go with dyeables if you're set on the blue...but it's going to be tough.

  Someone here suggested 6pm.com and I have since bot about 8 pairs from them. I like it better than zappos now..

  I had good luck with 6pm!  I also wanted something wide, colorful, and a 2" heel max.  I ended up getting the Easy Street Piper shoe in coral (also available in navy blue but it looks pretty dark) and had to reorder in an extra wide (wide width shoes from Payless tend to fit me perfectly if you need a size comparison) but I have no idea how the widths change across brands.  Good luck!  Finding wide width dress shoes is such a royal pain
