Roses Are Red Events

Has anyone worked with Jennifer, from 'Roses are Red Events'?

I have a contract in hand, but whenever I have questions I cannot get a hold of her. I call but get a call back a couple of days later. I email and about a week later I get a response.

She told me in the email of the contract, feel free to express any concerns and that email is the best way to communicate.. how  much good is that if she doesn't even responds to my emails on a timely matter???

NEED FEEDBACK PLEASE!!!

    I have never worked with her before but honestly if email is her "best" form of communication and her responses take that long I'd be concerned.

    I worked with her for my wedding. The flowers were gorgeous but I ran into the same problem you did. You already have a contract with her so it's up to you if you want to stay with her or not.  I think, if I had to do it again, I'd probably have gone with someone else.  Good luck!
