Where do my saved drafts go?

I was under the impression that if I save a draft of a post, I can come back and retrieve/finish/post it later, like when you save a draft in your email. But where do my drafts go?! I saved a post I was working on because I had to restart my computer, and now it's nowhere to be found :( thanks!

    I wish we had the option to save drafts instead of the knot doing it automatically.  It's annoying when I go back into a thread and try to respond only to find I had already started a reply I never posted.  Then having to delete everything before starting the new reply.
    They don't stay there though... when I come back to the threads the box is empty. :(

    Mine stay, too. I hate it. 
    What did you think would happen if you walked up to a group of internet strangers and told them to get shoehorned by their lady doc?~StageManager14
