Wedding colors.. too colorful?

Hi,

My colors are green, pink and brown. My original planning has the guys in pink shirts with brown and pink ties and khakis, and the girls in different green dresses. Is this too much color? Should the boys just where white with the brown and pink ties?
I dont think it is a problem, but many people do, I just dont want the party to be too distracting! Thanks so much!

  • I don't think many guys would want to wear a pink shirt, depending on the shade of pink. Why not have them in white with a pink and brown tie? Pink can be an accent color instead of a main color.
  • Thank you for your response! I like the idea of pink being the accent (I originally thought brown would be).
  • I agree.  Green and brown with pink accents.  Having green and pink is too busy.
  • I agree, that sounds pretty busy. you should visit Design Seeds. Find a palette that matches what you're looking for. That way you'll get your green, pink, and brown, but you'll also know what accent colors you're looking for to help break things up. :)

Yes! I found my colors from there, and I absolutely love them (:
