Help finding venue!!

I am having a horrible time trying to find a venue that won't cost over $1000! I am on a budget and my wedding is in August 2012. Does anyone have any suggestions for the Olympia area or within 50 miles or so?

    Priest Point Park in Olympia is nice, it is not really a building, my cousin got married in the rose garden, it was pretty. What about Lacey Community Center near Olympia?

    try the YMCA's Camp Bishop in shelton. my best friend is getting married there in april and has the rental of the WHOLE PLACE for the entire weekend for only about $750. she's having the guests come out whenever and will give them the option to stay for the whole weekend or just the day or one night, whatever they want. it's a really cool place and depending on the size of your guest list, you can get married in the main room in front of the floor to ceiling rock fireplace (across from the floor to ceiling windows) or in the main "cafeteria" space. It's pretty cool. check it out :)

    Hrm for both? Try Pierce County Parks Dept to find something in the Point Defiance area I heard the Pagoda is taking reservations again
