Ladies - I can't believe it's all done and I'm back at work today. It was fabulous.

Good - seriously just about everything. Our venue took care of SO much for us - the onsite coordinator was a DREAM and handled so many day of details and things I just didn't think of. The flowers were GORGEOUS, the venue was beautiful, the weather was nearly perfect (a little too warm and tons of sun so some guests got sunburned). DH looked so handsome, everyone loved our colors, the food, the drinks, the DJ. We had some great activity days leading up to the wedding that really make us want to take vacations with a few smaller groups in the future - it was so much fun!!

Bad - only the stress. we planned way too many events and little things that we had to take care of when we were out there that we didn't get to relax and enjoy quite as much of the wedding-moon as we would have liked.

Ugly - me - at the end of the night. I drank way too much, mostly due to all my really helpful guests (and the coordinator) who kept refilling my champagne glass without me always realizing it so I had no way to track how much I was drinking and I didn't have anyone bringing me water so I was dehydrated and really drunk by the end of the night, which led to a really crappy morning. We got another couple of days in around the beaches after I recovered and I still managed to have an amazing wedding / reception and had so much fun.All the guests remarked how it was one of the best weddings they'd been to.

One more sort of bad - our flight home. We wanted to squeeze one more day in and so we left San Diego at 6pm and didn't get home till almost 2am. I started work this morning at 7:30am. I'm not sure there is enough coffee in the world to make up for that. hehe. I should have taken another day off or scheduled an earlier flight.
