The Nest name change help?

ok so I just found this website by The Nest that is selling this name change help service for like $30 that is supposed to make the name change process really easy by helping you with all the forms or something.

what im wondering is if anyone had used it, and/or if you thought it was worth buying? is the process really that difficult? do I need to spend $30 to keep from going crazy trying to do it on my own?

    It's not worth it. They'll just provide you with the forms but you still need to go everywhere to drop off the forms.

    I think the general consensus with the name change service is that it really isn't worth it.

    That being said, I did buy a groupon for MissNowMrs.com. It was $15 instead of $30. I don't think it's anything you can't do yourself, but it was nice not to have to hunt down every single form. They also generate the letters and such that you can send to your banks and credit card companies. Definitely do not spend $30 on it though, google "MissNowMrs.com Groupon" and buy it that way. I believe it is still there. It will say the city is Philadelphia or something, but that doesn't matter since it's an online groupon.

    Don't bother. Changing your name really isn't that difficult, and you'll probably still need to go in person to change some things like driver's licence even if you use a service.

    Not worth it since it's really not that difficult to change your name.  I had to go to the SS office and the DMV in person, but once I had those done, I just sent a quick email/phone call everywhere else and had no issues.
