Monday Accountability

B: 2 egg "muffins" with ham, cheese, and veggies; cherry Greek yogurt
S: Apple
L: Grilled chicken with rustic mustard cream; spinach with garlic
S: Orange
D: Lasagna! First time making it ever!

E: Once my dinner's in the oven I need to finish deep cleaning my apartment. Only completely finished 2 rooms yesterday. Sigh.

    B:  garden quiche (from Cooking Light, divided into 12 pieces); iced coffee with ~2TBSP milk
    S:  sm. banana
    L:  ST Garlic Roast Beef, small baked red potato, arugula with chopped tomato and EVOO/balsamic vinegar; blueberries
    S:  peach, blackberries
    D:  fresh Margarita chicken with guacamole, grilled corn on the cob, grilled asparagus/broccoli/zucchini

    E:  jog/run 3.3 miles

    veggies:  5-6
    fruits:  4
  • B: coffee w/skim, half of an everything bagel with butter
    L: turkey sandwich, zesty pasta salad
    S: a beer or vodka with del's by the pool
    D: it might be too hot to cook, so chinese? TBD

    E- swimming for a good portion of the day
  • B: 1/2 ham egg cheese sandwich + can of Coke

    I have no idea about the rest of the day. We haven't grocery shopped in ages, so I have no lunch and we're going to eat dinner w/ one of my gf's who is in town tonight.

    E: fake 'boot camp' class:

    L: Lean Cuisine...blah.. gonna be 6 or 7 pts. I haven't looked it up yet.

    D: Unknown...we need to do major grocery shopping.

    B: 1 egg + 1/2 cup egg whites, 1/2 cup baby spinach, 1/3 cup zucchini, some shredded chicken scrambled together plus 1/4 cup oatmeal and 1 1/2 tsp pure maple syrup, coffee (306)
    S: 15 almonds, 2 prunes (154)
    L: Turkey and Swiss with baby spinach and mayo on sandwich thin, baby carrots, nectarine (358)
    S: Cottage cheese w/blueberries and strawberries (110)
    D: Not sure

    E: Cardio X (HRM; 420) was supposed to be chest, shoulders and triceps but I re-aggravated my left shoulder over the weekend and it hurts like a bitch to even move it
