Help with posting Pics

How do you post pics using the PIP option.  When I enter a URL, I get the empty box with red x in it.  Any advice on how to fix this?  Can's I upload from my desktop?

    Sometimes it is slow for me, and so I just close out the TK window and start over. 
    What did you think would happen if you walked up to a group of internet strangers and told them to get shoehorned by their lady doc?~StageManager14

    Does anyone know if there is a certain resolution our pictures have to be for the website?  My photographer is going to send me one to post online, but he has asked about the resolution it needs to be and I can't find anywhere what the requirement is.

    The upload file never did work for me.  It sat there and scrolled for more than 15 minutes before I finally gave up.  The attach picture didn't work either.  It shows up as a picture icon with a line thru it (as though it is trying to depict a broken picture).
