Wednesday Accountability

M- hot chocolate, yogurt with blue berries

L- cold bean, brocolli and tomato salad.

S- either an apple or a pretzel sticks

D- cilantro lime tofu and rice

S- not sure  lemonaide and sweet tea vodka

E- none may be an abs work out though to get me back into shape

    B: 1 egg + 1/2 cup egg whites, 1/2 cup baby spinach, 1/2 cup chopped zucchini, 1oz cooked chicken, coffee (265)
    S: light string cheese, 4 triscuts (119)
    L: Turkey and swiss on sandwich thin w/baby spinach and hummus, carrots, almonds and prunes (450)
    S: Cottage cheese and mixed strawberries/blueberries (120)
    D: Veggie Chicken Patty and sauteed mixed veggies w/black beans (363)
    S (if I'm hungry): Cottage cheese and cocoa powder w/stevia (110)

    E: none.  . . my shoulder is still hurting and it was pouring rain and thundering this morning so I stayed in bed. Lazy lazy. 
  • B:  slice of veggie quiche, 1 pc. wheat toast with a little whipped butter
    S:  apple with farmer's market cheese (blackberry wine, yum!)
    L:  sliced steak with fajita veggies, some pinto beans, avocado and salsa in a wheat tortilla; peach and maybe a yogurt
    S:  choc-PB (maybe a couple spoons?), apricots, maybe some blackberries
    D:  Cooking Light Southeast Asian Fried Rice with extra veggies and a side of roasted green beans; watermelon

    E:  hopefully JM yoga

    yesterday afternoon started my 7-10 days of PMDD.  thankfully since starting my new BCP and an estrogen patch, the symptoms are so much more manageable...  but the next week or so will be tough, so I plan to be a little more forgiving of less nutritious options and lighter exercise in favor for more sleep.
