DB Invite Sample - Bad Experience

I have order my invite samples from Davids bridal twice and still have not received them. I think that's a sign I should not bother with them. Did anyone order invites from DB and had a good experience? Wedding is Oct. 2013 I need to start ordering invites.

    Weddingpaperdivas and invitations by dawn got our samples to us in about 5 days. Try them.

    I'm sorry you've had a bad experience with them. 

    I used them for my invites, and didn't order any samples.  They arrived in about a week, and were absolutely perfect EXCEPT that the invites were in the wrong color.  Not the inserts and stuff, just the invites were wrong.  I checked my confirmation and stuff, and the fault clearly wasn't mine.  I called them immediately and they apologized.  They were actually really awesome on the phone.  The correct invitations arrived in 2 days. 

     I don't know what advice to give, but that was my experience with them.

    I've been told that David's Bridal's invitations are done by Carlson Craft.  You can google "Carlson Craft invitation discount" and there are a lot of vendors you can order from at a nice discount.

    I'm sorry you're having a bad experience. I loved my DB invitations and had excellent customer service from them even when I made a mistake!


    What did you think would happen if you walked up to a group of internet strangers and told them to get shoehorned by their lady doc?~StageManager14

    I've ordered samples from David's about four times and got them all with in a week.  I noticed last time that I almost missed the last button to hit to get them sent.  Did you get an email notification?

    I've also ordered samples from Invitations By Dawn and Ann's Bridal Bargins.  These three sites overlap in some of their styles.

    I ordered both a save the date magnet sample and two invite samples from Davids and they both arrived within a week of my order.  Have you double checked your mailing address? Maybe if you see your postman, you can ask him if another person had been covering his route?
