Inexpensive wedding venue in the East Valley

My Finace and I are getting married out of the country with a small group of family and friends, but are also going to have a larger reception here to celebrate with those who can't make it to the wedding.  We have been looking for months for a venue that is cost effective enough so we can host both of these events.

We are planning on having about 80 people.  We would like to bring in our own food and drinks to help keep down in cost. We are open to suggesitons and locations!  Thank you in advance for your help!.

Look up White Tank Moutain. They have a group campground that's beautiful, It's more based on a deserty theme. They have lots of cacti and desert bushes surrounding the whole area ontop of a mountain. They have 8 concrete table/benches that you could honestly probably fit about 4 people on one side (if they're not too big) or just 6 to a table comfortably. There is also another concrete table/bench under a tree away from the party, I thought it would be excellent for smokers. Yes you may have to bring in some chairs and tables for extra people but hey, it's a pretty good price considering. They have a big fire pit that you can burn when it's allowed in arizona,The group campground is secluded and I believe all they charge is 25 dollars for the sound permit.  They charge 125 total for the reservation, it has 35 down and then all you would owe would be 90 dollars and you can pay that off as slowly as needed, unless you want the sound permit then it's only 150.  But then there's also inexpensive options besides the campground, There is a classroom that is indoors, but it's rather small. They also have some other options that may interest  you. I did take pictures of the site if you're interested.

Theres also a beautiful venue but you cant bring any of your own food or drinks, it's called the Phoenix Lodge. It's gorgeous. Theres an outside ceremony arch in a plush green grass area. and then they have 2 ballrooms, which i would suggest renting them both if you're planning on more than 50 people. They have twinkly lights in the windows and if you dont want to spend a lot of money on centerpieces they rent them out to you. They have a delicious looking menu, which has many options. The prices do vary from morning to afternoon rentals. When i went there though, I really wanted to go there, but the representative takes up to a week to get back to you with questions, and when we made an appt to see him he wasnt even there. We got escorted and shown the grounds by a very sweet woman but she couldnt adequately answer all of our questions. But they do have excellent reviews nonetheless. When we were getting a price quote it was about 2700 which is a really good price (including food). I believe I still have pictures of their venue if you're also interested in them.

And finally. Another place that I love, It's at the sahauro ranch park, The rose garden. It's GORGEOUS! It's literally a rose garden surrounding an old vintage house and inside they have dressing rooms for the groom and the bride (and bridal party). It's absolutely amazing! I loved this place so much! it costs 250 for a 2 hour reservation for the rose garden. They provide the ceremony chairs and arch. They set ithe chairs out for you before you get there. But you have to set them up to how you would like them. Then you can rent the fruit packing shed which is inside. it's very... plain but old fashioned. You can decorate that room to make it a masterpiece. It costs about 600 I believe for the reception to be there. Or outside theres old fashioned ramadas with grills, for the reception you have to rent the whole ramada but at night its worth it. thats about 720. That was my first choice, But I had trouble reaching the woman who rented out the reception areas and I lost my reception site within a week because she wouldnt return my calls. I ended up having to cancel. But i would recommend that place in a heartbeat but be fierce and get your reception site immediately! Go up there if you have to. I also have pictures of this park. It's beautiful. Oh! and it has chickens and other animals that are around so it's kinda a cute place to be overall.

I hope that any of this helps. I know that they're all over the place but it may not be too close to you, but they're worth it.

Tre Bella in downtown Mesa would probably be good. Sahuaro Ranch Park is in Glendale, so if you're looking for east Valley that's out.

The Wright House in Mesa is a beautiful outdoor venue with indoor areas as well. It is super affordable and they allow you to bring in all your own vendors and food, they even give you access to their huge kitchen!
