Scouting Trip

I am going to Vegas in a month with my sister in law! I plan on looking at a few of the chapels. Do I need to contact them before going to see them and talking with someone? I want to get the most out of this visit! Any advice would be appreciated!! :)

    Im doing a scouting trip in September. I have made appointments with every venue im going to see. Ive spaced them out too ie, 9am, 11am, 1pm, 3pm to allow enough time to get to places. Ive also prepared questions etc so that I dont forget anything and lists of what I want to photograph for the rest of my planning when I get home.

    Most of my vendors/venues are already booked so I dont really have as much 'scouting' as you may.

    Can't wait to say 'I do' on April 14, 2014 - Planning Bio

    I would call to make appointments and see what they say as far as whether its necessary. I am guessing chapels would prefer one since showing you the location is dependent on whether they don't have a wedding occurring at that time and it is free to see...

    Yes make apmts before hand, and do not schedule too much per day. I scheduled 6 venue's withing 3 hrs lol.. didn't work out that well we ended up skipping two and ate lunch instead.

    Yes make appointments for sure make it much more relaxing!

    I'll be there again in a month too! Get to see our chapel in person finally it wasn't done when we where there in march!
