Tuesday Accountability

I didn't even attempt to work out yesterday...sigh....

B- hot chocolate, yogurt with blueberries

L- bean and tomato salad

S- apple

D- Linguini rusitico a new recipe pasta garlic, chick peas, I forget what else but it looks yummy

S- guac & chips

E- hopefully a small abs work out

  • B:  2 farm fresh eggs (YUM), ~1 oz ham, 1 pc. cranberry toast with whipped butter; iced coffee
    S:  peach
    L:  mexican tostada:  corn tortilla with arugula, shredded cheese, ST pork carnitas, pinto beans, 1/4 avocado, corn salsa; ~1 c. blackberries.
    S:  blueberries and cantaloupe
    D:  panzella and grilled chicken

    E:  packing and cleaning the house before we go out of town tomorrow!

  • I didn't either. I remembered how many shows were on my DVR and the plan to work out went straight out the window. 

    B: Egg whites, onions, tomatoes, ham, cheddar; whole wheat toast
    S: Apple
    L: Not sure yet
    S: Greek yogurt
    D: Tilapia with garlic and lemon; steamed veggies -- Ended up having baked buffalo chicken last night instead of this. 



  • B- Oatmeal and granola
    S- Apple
    L- Leftover WW Chicken Parm
    D- idk, maybe the same as lunch?

    E- running 4 miles then hitting the gym
  • B-1 egg and 1 slice toast with a shmear of peanut butter
    S-raw carrots, almonds, or string cheese
    L-veggie patties and grapes
    D-baked tilapia and veggies

    E-Boot Camp at Gym

    Note-I did my kickboxing class last night and the instructor did 2 leg sculpting songs.  I can barely sit on my own ass today.  It's horrible, but I love being sore.  Heh.
