Hair and Make-Up in Ann Arbor

Does anyone have a good suggestion for a salon for hair and airbrush make up either in or very close to Ann Arbor? Fran Coy's is the only Salone I saw that offered both but they are way more expensive than I was hoping for (around $120 for both). I would also be interested in getting a hair/make up artist to come to our location but it looks like I may be the only person who wants to get make up done and I'm worried that it will be hard to get someone to travel for just one person. Anyone have any insight on that? Thanks for all of the help in advance!

    Douglas J (my regular salon) offers both, but it is very expensive.  If I am remembering correctly, $250 for hair (includes trials) and around $60 for makeup.  Definitely more than I want to spend.

    I had my make up done by Sephora for my engagement pictures and it turned out amazing.  I am probably going to book an appointment for my wedding makeup as well.  I would prefer to have someone come to our location, but I haven't quite found the right company yet (still have 4 months to figure it out).  The cost is $50, but the makeover is actually "free" with a minimum purchase of $50.  So no big deal, assuming you like makeup or perfume.  If you want to go this route, ask for Norma.  She is amazing! 

    One thing to note, it isn't airbrush.  But I will post an engagement pic later tonight so you can see the results.  I don't have the pictures on my work computer.

    Sorry no hair suggestions, I'm still searching for that vendor.

    I recommend Teresa at Mi Amore Event Hair and Makeup. I dont know if she has minimums, but she comes to you. My sister used her for her wedding last June, and I am using her for mine in March. She does amazing work and prices are very reasonable! http://www.miamoreeventhairandmakeup.org/

    Oh and if any one is looking for a photographer I HIGHLY recommend Emily Dowd (http://www.ejphotos.com/).  She is amazing!
