Wedding night hotel in Raleigh/Cary/Durham area

We are looking for a nice hotel to stay for our wedding night. We have looked at renessance in North Hills and Umstead Hotel. Can anyone think of any where else to spend our evening? Thanks!

The Marriott & Sheraton downtown on Fayetteville St. are nice hotels.

Washington duke inn in Durham. Beautiful 4 star hotel with gorgeous grounds.
