How do I address the envelope for the RSVP's?  I am curious if the RSVP's are sent to me or my mom or both me and my fiance? I am a little clueless, sorry.

    They traditionally are sent back to the host so in your case it depends on who is paying.

    Send them to whoever is going to be keeping track of the RSVPs... presumably whoever is hosting, though in today's more complex "together with their families" that might not be so clear.  We sent them to my now MIL because she offered, it fit with our "together with their families" hosting and since I was moving I didn't want the RSVPs getting lost it the mail.
