Accessories to make MOH stand out

I have 3 friends in our wedding party, 1 MOH and 2 bridesmaids. We ended up going with the same dress and color for everyone. This is the dress and it will be in eggplant. I want my MOH to stand out a bit but am stumped as to what accessories would do that with this dress. I'm going to have her bouquet be a little different but I was also thinking of a brooch or similar for the dress. But where should it go? Would it even look okay? Should I just stick with the bouquet? Thanks :-)

After 6 years and 2 boys, finally tying the knot on October 27th, 2013!

    Everyone will know who your MOH is because she'll be standing next to you. Don't overthink it.

    Bouquet or other colored sash, but like PP said, I think it's overkill. People will know who she is, so you don't need to micromanage these types of details.

    Thanks guys, I thought the bouquet would be enough but wasn't sure if it would have been mean not to do a little something else. I think the dress is perfect as is. If she wants something we'll find something but I won't go nuts trying to figure it out!

    She shouldn't "want" something. She should recognize that this day is about you and your fiancé.  Is the best man going to have anything different? Probably not. People will just recognize he's (or she) the one standing next to your fiancé and it's as simple as that...

    I do not understand this need to have the MOH "stand out." I have never looked at a row of maids and said, "Ohhhh, Jane is wearing a (brooch, hairclip, sash, etc); she must be the maid of honor!" Who cares who the MOH is, truly? 




    What did you think would happen if you walked up to a group of internet strangers and told them to get shoehorned by their lady doc?~StageManager14

    Exactly this. 90% of your guests don't care who the MOH is. They just think "The bridesmaids look nice" and then move on to something else. List her in your program as MOH, have her stand closest to you and call it a day.
