  We had our ceremony and reception at the same place.  We were last to leave the venue (not to mention after midnight and dark), so decorations made no sense.

  My reception will be over at 2pm, so it will still be daylight. We got a new SUV so we are going to leave in our own car, but I don't want to totally trash it! I was thinking a window cling or some other stuff that is easily removable?

  Our groomsman decorated my car the day after the wedding (we did not have our car at the wedding).  They used the car paint markers-- you can buy them at art & crafts stores and I think some drug stores. But note, it took 2x through the car wash (the guy even scrubbed it) and there is still a little left on my side window--one month later + we have had 3 days of crazy rain in that time and it still did not come off!

  thanks ladies! We just wanted something we didnt have to wash off because we dont trust our bridal party with our new car... LOL... its white.. and my FI would freak if they messed it up! magnets and window clings sound great! thank you!!!!
