Timing suggestions?

Any help/suggestions would be great :-)

We are getting married at The MGM on a Thursday at 3.30pm. We have an hour of photography after and are looking at DDB for us and guests pre dinner. If we went for a 5 pm pick up is this too optimistic? Do things really run to plan?

    3:30p start time?  Meaning your ceremony will be over at 3:45ish and pictures done at 4:45ish?  I think you will be fine.  If you get a late start on the bus it will probably just mean that the tour will be shortened.

    Getting the perfect itinerary is stressful.  I have the opposite problem.  Our cermony is at 1p.  We should be wrapped up with pictures by 1:45 but our DDB tour doesn't start until 2:30p.  We are doing the 3 hour tour and dinner isn't until 7pm.  A lot of people have commented that people will be starving by 7p but I wanted to add the buffers because Caesar's is such a larger property it takes forever to get anywhere, not to mention people get lost, and I want people to have time to go to the bathroom and freshen up in-between. 

    But either way, our schedules will work and we are probably sweating it for nothing.

    Thank you, I'm sure things will work out and we have a while as not getting married till May 2014!

    Keep changing my mind on what I want :-)

    If they're in a casino, they can grab a snack. Or have snacks on the DDB. People will be just fine ... you're feeding them a free dinner, aren't ya? ;)
