I think I've read everything from nervous brides by now. However, I'm not sure if I missed this:
My MOH, sister and mom all live in other states or country; my bridesmaids are my fiancée's children (16 and 10), as well as my niece who is 19. My girlfriends were just talking about the cake for my shower. I said I don't think I'm having a shower because of everything I mentioned before. My girlfriends just said "Of course you have to have a shower!" I' m not sure what my MOH wants to do. Do I ask her "are you throwing a shower?" (She's getting into town 2 days before the wedding; as are my sister and my mom).
What do I do? BTW, I am almost 3 months out from my wedding.
