Budget for Hair and Makeup in Vegas?

HI gals,

I know some of you have already booked or are booking your hair and makeup for your wedding, but I am having a hard time determing what a good budget for these services are in the area. Here, I could get it done for probably $150 total, but I know Vegas is a bit different. Can anyone shed light on what they are expected to pay between for these things (I have shoulder length hair and do not want anything dramatic if that matters)

That's exactly how much Harmony Medina charges ..$150 I've booked her! She has some really great reviews and so are her portfolio photos of her work.

I went with Whitney from Desert Glamour because I'm getting married on a Sunday. She does trials on Friday. Her pricing is similar.

I am using Amelia C. It's $200. Airbrush makeup, lashes, and hair. Good luck.

I'm using Muse. They are $110 for hair and makeup, including airbrush and lashes, and $190 for that plus a trial.

Ive come accross pricing from $100 - $250 for bridal hair and make up. I think it really depends on the portfolio of the artist you are looking for.

I found they all worked out fairly similar in the end when you combined wedding day HMU and a trial - some vendors had cheaper prices but their trials were expensive, and some of the more expensive ones had very cheap trials, obviously there are the couple of budget vendors mentioned previously that always come in cheaper than everyone else but after those its pretty much an even playing field - which is what made my decision so much harder!

I just had my trial with GlamSquad and they were AWESOME. Seriously. So amazing.

It was $165 for hair and airbrush and they threw in lashes for free. Such cool guys. I highly recommend them!

I read good reviews about them as well. Did you do a trial with them? They want $165 for trial too which i think is a bit much or is it worth it?
