CANDLES

I am having tons of candles...they are my centerpieces. I will have tall candle sticks and candelabras along with flowers... 

My question is: should I use 10" or 12" tapers? I really cannot decide....any advice?

    I would go with the 12" tapers -  especially if you are going to add flowers near the base of the candles as in this picture.  The added length of the candles will help to make sure the flowers don't take away from the height of the arrangement.

    I like the aesthetics of 12 inch candles more than 10 inch. The 12 inch candles have a longer burn time during a reception and are less likely to melt into the arrangement
