Monday Accountability

B:  egg + egg white, 1 pc. toast with whipped butter, a few strawberries, 1 pc. bacon (~250)
S:  sm. banana and 1/2 oz gouda (~130)
L:  Real Simple's Chicken and Plum with Oregano kabobs, grilled zucchini, corn off the cob; med/lg peach (~365)
S:  fresh cherries (~115)
D:  lemon garlic chicken kabobs, 2 servings ST asian cabbage mango slaw (~300)

plus, add in some extra fruit or veggies or maybe a spoon of PB for snacks.

E:  JM yoga (~ -135)

veggies:  5
fruits:  5.5-6

  • @laurenb09 - AWESOME!!!  your food today sounds so good too.  I have gone down 3 lbs since we came back after our July 4th excursion, so I'm back to where I started.  we have 2nd year anniversary/"family" pics at the end of August, so that is my short-term goal.  I want to tone my arms (they always bug me) and slim down so I feel confident in pictures.

  • @laurenb09 - have you just been doing the legs-challenge?  I need my thighs to slim down so pencil skirts will fit better!  good for you!
