Wedding Invitations & Paper

Rehearsal dinner invites? who to invite?

We are having a small wedding, less than 30 people.  We are having no wedding party, so no rehearsal.
The issue is that all but 4 of the guests are from out of town (most from Europe)
Should we invite everyone who is coming to the wedding to the Rehearsal dinner?
Is an e-vite ok?  or should we mail printed cards?

Re: Rehearsal dinner invites? who to invite?

  • Since you aren't having a rehearsal, you actually don't need to have a rehearsal dinner at all unless you'd just like to have a meet-up with your guests the night before the wedding.

I prefer paper invitations in most circumstances, but I think in this case nice e-vites would be fine. But again, you aren't required to host a rehearsal dinner unless you'd like to.

  • Ditto PDKH. No need for a rehearsal dinner of there's no rehearsal.
What did you think would happen if you walked up to a group of internet strangers and told them to get shoehorned by their lady doc?~StageManager14
