Party Pop Free Invites?

Hi everyone!

I saw a commercial yesterday for PartyPop.com and their free invites. Has anyone used this and had good results? I can't find much online about the invites, only bad reviews about buying advertising with them.

Thanks for any help! :)

Re: Party Pop Free Invites?

  • Ditto VP. We got our entire invite set (invitation, RSVP, reception card) from them using Groupons. I think we paid around $40 for 200 invites. I'm getting lots of compliments on them, too.

  • I went onto the party pop website (with a fake email address) to check them out and they're beyond awful. The designs are limited (and not great) and the text you enter isn't guaranteed to fit their templates. It also takes approximately 75 days to print the invites.

Go with PPs suggestions and get some VP groupons if you're looking for nice, inexpensive invitations.

You usually get what you pay for. Free invitations does not sound like a good idea to me. In regards to reviews, if there were a few bad reviews that may be okay, but if all of them all mostly overwhelmingly bad, I'd be very hesitant.

www.VistaPrint.com is widely liked by many for cost effective invitations. I'd recommend ordering their sample pack to see how you like their quality. Another site with about equal quality to VistaPrint is www.123print.com.

Also try talking with local print shops in your area. See what they can offer you.

  • VP is the way to go! Check out Groupon & Living Social like others have mentioned. We got a FANTASTIC deal on our STDs & RSVP Cards. I think we paid like $25 for 100 of both. They have some pretty cool designs as well. The other good thing is, they always have sales & when you order from them, they always give you more great deals (a 25% off coupon came with my order). I def plan on using them to order more things I need for the wedding. I have also heard good things about both 123print.com & weddingpaperdivas.com.

  • I used Party Pop invitations and was more than pleased!  I opted for blowing my budget in other areas so something had to be sacraficed.

They do print the RSVP code and your free wedding website on the invites.

It's all about what's important to you.
