Web RSVPs

I'm planning on doing web RSVPs using AnRSVP.com, however I do acknowledge that we have some elderly folks who don't have computers that are on our invite list. Has anyone done web RSVPs and included stamped/addressed envelopes in the invitations only for those who don't have computers? Does this make sense or is there another option?

Thanks!

I would do stamped RSVPs for everyone. You can use RSVP postcards if you're looking to save a bit of money.
  • I love stamped RSVP cards despite my web-savyness. I usually fill them out and dump them right back in the mail within a couple days. I think you're likely to get a higher response rate going the traditional route. The less work for your guests, the less likely you'll have to round up stragglers.

  • Hmm, you've all given me great food for thought!

I just don't want to spend so much money on the cards and stamps if I don't have to!

I do like the postcard idea, since those stamps are cheaper.

    Thanks!

  • You can get virtually free postcards on vistaprint.

Our STD's are postcards with a full color photo on the front. The cards plus shipping and handling was about $20.

  • I received a wedding invitation from a friend of mine who had both options.  She included a RSVP card and envelope that could be returned, but she also included on the card that they could RSVP on her The Knot wedding site.  Since she gave the online option, she didn't include stamps on her envelope.  I personally thought that was a great way to do it if you don't mind keeping up with both.  And you could always include a stamp to make it easier on your guests (a lot of people I know would get upset if there was not a stamp on their return envelope).
