    I really really really wish it was Friday!

    B- granola, non-fat vanilla yogurt, banana, coffee - 6 pts

    L - turkey sandwich with swiss and spinach - 8 pts ish I think?

    S - cherry tomatoes NOM 0 pts

    D - spaghetti and wine - too many points to want to count

    E - nothing... I need to do laundry and dishes and pick up clutter from the week.

    @LaurenB09, 100 squats is insane. Even if it is just air squats. Ouch! I'll think about joining you. But only if you promise to give me a gold medal at the end of the month. 
    I am hoping to get back into working out - I've taken about 3 weeks off because of my shoulder injury and my cold, followed by my broken toe. Hopefully once August hits I'll be back to normal. The ironic (?) thing is that I've lost weight since I stopped working out (I've also reduced my calorie intake the last 2 weeks). No doubt some of that is muscle, but I know some of it is fat too. I think maybe I was eating too much when I was doing p90x since I wasn't losing at all. Stupid body. 

    B: 1 cup Fiber One Raisin Bran + 1/4 cup Target Brand Muesli + 1 cup plain soy milk, coffee (363)
    S: 10 almonds, 1tbsp raisins (100)
    L: Turkey and cheddar w/lettuce, tomato and honey mustard on sandwich thin, carrots, watermelon (304)
