Due to life circumstances, we had to move our wedding date up and having to look for a venue for September 21, 2013!! BUT we're on a MAJOR budget. Only want to spend up to $1500 on the venue. We're located between Richmond and Fredericksburg in Caroline County, but we want a rustic wedding and we hate the city. We've been looking at everything from vineyards to farms to barns to plantations etc. Lake Anna seemed to have a couple things, but we both have big families so we're looking at 150-200 people....
