how RSVPs work without having to enter an email?

So I just entered all 600 of my guests into The Knot RSVP. I had a friend try it out for me before I send out invitations that way it works. She said everything worked except it wouldn't let her submit her RSVP unless she entered any kind of email. How can I change that so that when people type in their name they just click Y/N and submit? I don't want them to have to enter any email address.

    Many of us general recommend you NOT use TK's tools b/c they are always glitchy and malfunctioning. You might want to post this on the Knottie Tech Help Board, though, and maybe one of TK Gods can help.

    You can't. When I talked to customer service about it, they said they wouldn't change it. I would highly recommend not using the knots tools since the website often would not work. Some brides have also lost their entire guest lists.
