ooohhhhh, MONDAY.
this week is starting to prep for our Whole30 (W30) Challenge that starts August 1st. we are eating up the last of our bread/dairy so it's out of the house, and trying some W30 recipes.
also, this week is crap-hormones-week.
B: W30 chunky tomato/bell pepper sauce with 2 eggs, sunny-side up; iced coffee (no milk)
S: 1/2 yellow mango
L: ham sandwich on WW bread (1/2 avocado, 2 oz ham, 1/3 oz gouda cheese, garden tomato, lettuce) with a peach and baby carrots
S: cherries
chicken-artichoke-noodle casserole, roasted green beans, watermelon
E: choice between long walk/jog intervals, JM yoga, JM 30DS. we will see how my body feels after work.
