  We are using Eric Brushett. He is amazing and his wife is his second photographer so that meets your requirement.  And his prices are pretty reasonable too- very budget friendly. Not sure he's done the Waterview though but I'd check him outl  :-)

  I second Eric Brushett. He is awesome and his prices are more reasonable than most photographers! Good luck. The Waterview is a great venue!
