Last night we finally decided to go pick up our marriage certificate today. I was dreading going to the county because I hate dealing with security there (and they KNOW me...). Anyway, I went to look up the time they were open and surprise to me, there is a second office on Cheyenne/Tenaya. Perfect for us since it's two blocks away!
They do most everything there since it's the county Recorder and Assessment office. And no wait; we were in and out in 5 minutes. There was no one waiting for property services and taxes either.
