  Donald Fraser makes beautiful dresses.  I know he mostly does Mardi Gras gowns, but has also done wedding dresses too.  He is based in Mandeville.  My mom told me to contact him, but I thought he made cheesy dresses.  I ended up buying a Monique Lhuillier dress, but part of me really regretted not getting a custom gown once I saw his work.  I don't know what his pricing is like.
