  I didn't have mine there but my SIL did. If no one else responds (since this board is pretty quiet), I can see what I can find out from her.
  
  I do know that you need to bring in pretty much everything and set up yourself. Most of the reviews that I have read talk about hiring help, at least a day of coordinator, because it is so DIY.
  
  I wasn't with my husband when my SIL got married, but I do know from conversations, that she was running around setting the place up all morning and that my MIL spent the night counting the rented utensils. I would hire someone so you and your family don't have to do all the work!

  If you Google it, you can actually find quite a bit of info. If you click on the images - many of them take you to blog posts about previous weddings. That might give you some insight.
