  Given the ribbon and lace embellishments...I'd say it will be costly but not impossible.

  It'll be costly but a semi-sweetheart neckline is probably easily doable...

  My dress was altered with like a rouching/bunching there, its not excatly a sweatheart neckline but it enhances a little of what the sweetheart would.
