  If you are using the one here, call customer service.  Also, please don't use that purple font.  Black font is fine, and the purple is really hard to read on some monitors.

  First, I apologize about the color... I always type in purple, and had never heard of anyone having issues seeing it on their monitor. I'll try to refrain from now on so as not to blind anyone. Lol.

  
  

  I did send an email to the customer service address provided, but received no reply. I'll try calling them after work tomorrow.
