Photos from Vista Suite reception

Hi All,

I am looking for some brides who would be willing to share any photos of their reception in the vista suite. Mostly I am looking for those that had high top table rentals and banquet table, linens and trying to get an idea for decor. If you can please email me at liljennygirl@shaw.ca

    Hi, we are getting married Oct. 19, 2013 at Mandalay Bay.

     No, I did not receive any replies or photos on this thread. I think I am over it and just going to do minimal decor, let the view speak for itself. I have alot of favor type stuff, so I will do a display table with the guest book etc. Also jazz up the table that the cupcake tower is on. I have a few cylindrical vases for the high tops with some rocks, hydrangea and floating candles and a bunch of votives for all around the suite. We are expecting about 40 guests in the suite.

    I am from BC, were are you from? And when/where are you getting married?

    Actually that's a lie, I did receive one email from Kelly at Little Vegas Wedding, she has a great blog about Vegas weddings and she is also a Canadian bride. I will insert the link on another comment (I am at my work computer and it limits me to one freakin tab/window at a time lol). It is a wealth of information though!

    We used the vista suite for our weding on June 8th. I can email you a few photos, they aren't the best but at least they can give you and idea. I also freaked a little when I walked in about decorations, but honestly people were so impressed by the view it more then made up for it. I did throw some poker chips from the casino on the tables at the last minute. The favors I put on a small shelf by the door, and the cake looked beautiful where they set it up. We couldn't have been happier. Let me know if you have any issues with the photos.

    If you are looking for photos of a venue, you should check out the various blogs of the local wedding photographers in Vegas.  For example, a google search turned up these beautiful photos of the Vista Suite (decorated with up lighting) on Joey Allen's page:

    Thanks guys! And yes, I would love to see any pics you are willing to share stareyes (liljennygirl@shaw.ca). I checked out the link SD210 and it was nice also. I think I am going to forego the uplighting. It seems like I just keep on adding more and more. Hopefully I will still be a great atmosphere without the lighting.

    hstaples had high-top tables in the Vista Suite along with uplighting. You can check out her photos if you follow her link on VG's spreadsheet.

    There's also a photo from her reception on my planning bio (in my sig).

    yes I remember looking at hstaples reviews etc before on vegasgroom but it doesn't seem to work anymore when I click into it. same as krisstyle, she had a lot of very similar ideas/vendors that I will be using, but it doesn't show her reviews anymore?! I dunno. I will check the knotties list. thanks everyone!
