Louisville, Kentucky venue

I'm looking for a venue in Louisville for a wedding and reception. I want something outdoors and reasonably priced. The only places I can find now are $1500+ which is too much for me. Does anyone know some sort of private property that would be cheaper? I'm looking for a cozy, backyard style wedding. Bernheim is out because they don't do receptions.

    Gingerwoods in Prospect is where we got married and seems like it might fit your bill

    It's a little bit of a drive east of Louisville, but the Schuck Farm outside Shelbyville might be right up your alley. Has a pavilion for your ceremony, barn building for the reception and an on-site lake house that you can rent after the reception has wrapped up. Can accommodate up to 125 guests comfortably. I attended a wedding there two weekends back and it was perfect!
