Wednesday Accountability

B: 2 hard-boiled eggs, ham, a plum
S: Banana
L: Spinach salad with turkey, avocado, onions, tomato, olives
S: Cashews
D: Dinner out before bocce, not sure where we're going yet
S: Sweet tea vodka & lemonade during bocce, beer after bocce

    S-not sure, but now I may have to add some sweet tea vodka and lemonaide into the mix for tonight

    Anniversary

  • Day 3 of W30!  I AM SURVIVING!

    B:  small square of egg casserole; banana and almond butter (wanted to eat up the banana before it went bad!)
    L:  grilled b/s chicken thigh, grilled veggies (green beans, broccoli, zucchini), grilled half peach, maybe a few roasted nuts if I feel I didn't get enough fat
    D:  crockpot asian ribs, baked acorn squash drizzled with EVOO, sauteed cabbage, cantaloupe

    E:  hopefully JM yoga
  • B: Shit, I forgot to eat breakfast
    S: SURPRISE - peanuts
    L: ha, like I planned that far ahead.
    S: MORE P-NUTS
    D: hopefully DH will make the pork tenderloin tonight

    B - spinach wrap and coffee 7 pts. It's a fail morning...it was raining outside and it made me all depressed.

    L - a sammich...ham, spinach, swiss cheese 6ish pts

    S - tomato basil string cheese and watermelon YUM - 2 pts

    D - Not really sure yet. I may go to the store and buy ingredients for Chicken & Gnocchi Soup.

    B: 1 egg + 1/2 cup egg whites, 1/2 cup baby spinach scrambled, 1 light english muffin spread with 1/4 avocado. coffee (312)
    S: 10 almonds, 2 prunes (150)
    L: Turkey and swiss w/dijon and baby spinach on sandwich thin, carrots and snap peas, large nectarine (413)
    S: 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1/2tbsp honey (112)
    D: a variation on this recipe  http://themountainkitchen.wordpress.com/2013/06/14/sexy-pork-chops/ assuming 4 oz pork, served with 1 cup steamed chopped broccoli (~330)

    total is 1320ish. I will probably have something after dinner - mango or graham crackers or frozen banana. bring it up to about 1450.
