I'm planning my 5th wedding. Is it okay to wear a veil?

I think a veil is okay, I would skip the blusher that goes over the bride's face though.

I don't know of any veil rules, but in my opinion, you can wear whatever you want in your own wedding.

From what I understand, blushers are worn by first-time brides. I think the Second Weddings board might be able to help as well.

A fifth wedding? I think a veil will make you look ridiculous. I'll grant that veils have lost most of their virginal symbolism, but as a 5th timer I think a wedding gown is overkill.

Veils actually served the superstitious purpose of hiding the bride from evil spirits; the practical purpose of hiding the bride's face from the groom in the case of an arranged marriage and him not finding her attractive enough (Cf. story of Jacob, Rachel and Leah in the Book of Genesis), and the sartorial purpose of showing reverence and awe in a house of worship.

Since it's your fifth time, I absolutely recommend covering your face to ward off evil spirits -- you need all the help you can get!
