It's August 2013!!!! I'm not really sure when that happened. I know some of you ladies have been on these boards with me for at least a year or two. Congratulations to everyone getting married this weekend! My wedding is 8/17 and I'm finally starting to feel like the checks are coming to an end. I just have to finish cutting out my place cards and pick up our marriage lincense. Then it's basically all done. Anybody else feeling a little relief mixed with panic? :)

    Definitely relief. Getting things for the honeymoon in order. I can't believe it is coming so quickly. I've been having nightmares about my hair, flowers (we are doing my own), etc. It will be nice when things calm down post-wedding!

    Woohoo!!  I'm super excited that our month is (finally) here!  We've been engaged since December 2011 and I felt like August 2013 was never going to come.  My FI and I are both super excited!!  

    This weekend we're going to get everything together and pack for the few days at my parents' house before the wedding (OOT wedding for us), the wedding night, and our Hawaiian honeymoon.  We have a few things to do like put together the welcome bags next Wednesday before the wedding, but we're pretty much set now :)

    Packed my emergency kit and laid out rehearsal dinner dress, shoes, purse, etc last night. Picking 3 bridesmaids up at the airport this afternoon! Saturday can't come soon enough! :)

    I picked up my dress last night, after she did the bustle I put on all my jewelry and my flower in my hair and was like OMG, this is real!!! I looked like a bride... 9 days!!!

    I think I am going to go nuts waiting for the 16th!  Still a lot of checks ahead for me, but I'm finally done with school (hooray!) so it will be easier to get them done going forward.  I did just get both moms' approval on the seating chart so that's a big one right there.  Still need an RD dress, to make the escort cards, and lots of other odds and ends.

    I don't have any idea how it came up so quickly either! I have less than one month to do so much planning still! I'm feeling rushed, and under-prepared-- and excited!
    Deep breaths ladies!
    Lets hope the days leading up to our weddings go by easily and slowly so that we can savor all of the joy and excitement- without being overwhelmed! My prayers are with those of you getting married this weekend!

    @asc2392  I wish I could tell you that the days leading up to the wedding slow down but they actually seem to fly by even faster than the weeks leading up to it.
