Malicious attack (virus) when navigating to the knot

Is anyone else getting notifications from their virus software about a malicious attack whenever they go to the knot (or the nest)? Thankfully my virus software has caught it, but it has happened to me now on two separate computers, on completely different networks.

    Me! I get the same notifications, usually when I go from one page on TK to another.

    If you scroll down and look back on like page 2 there are 2 other posts about this. There are 2 potential reasons for this. 1 is that "users" write a comment and insert a script that is being run to do these things. I found one in a post and sent it to them a week ago with the code and told them the problem. The other (less likely) potential way this could happen is it could be one of their ads that is running this script.

    Having found malicious code in someone's comment that got run I'm pretty confident it is the first one only, but clearly they haven't fixed it and "tech" either wasn't told or doesn't find web security important.

    I'm still getting it, and I also get it when I go to the Nest.  I might have to stop visiting both websites until it gets fixed.

    Oh goodness, so not only have the forums gone to crap now, the website is, too?

    Thanks for the heads up.  I haven't had this problem yet, but I'm at work, and can't afford to have a virus on this computer.  I try to visit only safe websites at work, and it looks like I can't visit The Knot anymore.

    I'm getting the same thing, it just happened when I clicked to go from the main wedding board to the Etiquette board. I was not opening a member-generated thread, I was going from one Knot-generated page to another Knot-generated page.

    I would suggest that The Knot take a look at their advertiser scripts.
