Ok, so it might not be proper etiquette, but FI received an invitation in the mail to his friend's wedding, and it was addressed to Mr.and Mrs. Me&Fi... Can I just say that I loved that and, in a week it will be official!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love that!! Same thing happened to us. We have a wedding to go to in September. They addressed it individually, but I got to send back the response with Mr. and Mrs. because in two weeks, it'll be official.
