  PA law states that clergy from "established" religious organizations may perform weddings. There have been various interpretations of what an "Established" religion is-some judges have interpreted it to mean there must be a physical church/meeting place, others have included internet organizations in the definition.

  
  

  You need to speak to the county clerk where you will be getting your marriage license as ask them if they recognize online ordinations. Or you can get a self-uniting license, which is what I did, and then you just need two witnesses to sign your marriage license, no officiant necessary (Though you can still have someone lead the ceremony and serve in the officiant role-you as a couple just pronounce yourselves married, instead of the officiant doing it).
