Hi, I would just like to say that this forum is an absolute God send. My FI & I are getting married 02/15/14 in Vegas!! I'm truly excited, but I would be lying if I didn't say that I'm feeling slightly overwhelmed. We're planning from Houston, however, my FI is a long haul truck driver so a lot of planning is being done via Face Time and emails. My mom & MOH are offering support by way of Louisiana, so I'm definitely feeling a little lonely. We are looking to have an in-suite reception, and we're thinking that the Mandalay Bay will be our best option. We're expecting about 45-50 people. Does anyone have any suggestions about caterers and coordinators to use for set up? Or if you did the set-up yourself, how did you do it!!??? Looking forward to hearing back from you all & congrats to everyone!!!!
